Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Day
“The Hill of Remembrance” and the "Walk of Heroes"
For the past 14 years the Police Hall of Fame has utilized a beautiful visual image to aid in remembering fallen heroes. This image came to be called “The Hill of Remembrance”. Each year flags are posted on the hillside out front of the Hall of Fame in honor of each family survivor currently in Hall of Fame programs. This past May, during Police Week, 13,723 flags were posted.
2024 Memorial Service
Family survivors, co-workers, and friends are welcome to join us as we pay respect to honor law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. The Memorial Service will take place on Friday, May 17 at 7:00 pm on the grounds of the American Police Hall of Fame in Titusville, Florida. The service will include a roll call of those officers lost in 2023, a roll call of fallen officers with family in attendance, tributes to those lost in the line of duty, and an outpouring of support and love for our Thin Blue Line families. Arrive early to visit the museum and locate your loved one's name in the Memorial. Service will conclude around 8:30 pm and the facility will remain open until 9:30 pm.
